How To Use

Wiggle brush in small motions from left to right beginning at the base of lash line and pulling up through to the very tip of lashes. For even more dramatic results, apply immediately after using Merle Norman Mascara Primer. If eye irritation develops, discontinue use and consult a physician promptly.
