Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at SophistiKidsBoutiqueElmhurst@gmail.com within two days from the delivery date of your online purchase. If an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange or Studio Credit
If you have a change of heart, you can contact us at SophistiKidsBoutiqueElmhurst@gmail.com within 30 days from the delivery date of your online purchase.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance for returns, only merchandise exchanges or studio credits will be processed. Credits do not expire and can be used in-studio or with phone orders.
Return and Exchange Conditions
Item(s) must be in the same condition as received, unwashed, unworn and/or unused, with tags attached, and in original, undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange based on the condition of the item(s). After your item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you at no additional shipping cost. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns can be brought into the Studio or shipped to 251 N. York St., Elmhurst, IL 60126 using a shipping company that provides tracking information. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or do not reach our location. Clients are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Returns must include a copy of your online receipt. The package tracking information must be emailed to SophistiKidsBoutiqueElmhurst@gmail.com.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as swimwear, hair products, hats, beauty products and earrings. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
All discounted and discontinued items are not available for return or exchange and are final sale.
