Shipping policy

We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We ship via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times are generally 3–7 business days for standard shipping.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress directly with USPS or UPS.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at sophistikidsboutiqueelmhurst@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right for you.

Delivered but Not Received Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, we are unable to take responsibility for packages that are missing, stolen, or not received. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or any secure locations where it may have been left. You may also contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist where we can, but we are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
